The Polings

With one son in MD and the other in GA, we needed to find a home in Athens.  Must haves were one-level, all brick, good neighborhood, convenient location, less than 10 years old, and reasonably priced.   An early riser, Carolyn checks MLS listings every morning.  A week or so into our choosing her as our buyers' representative, she found the perfect house just hours after it was listed.  She got us an immediate appointment, we loved it, and made an offer that afternoon that was accepted.  She is also a font of knowledge about interesting things for us seniors to see and do in Athens.  Thank you, Carolyn!
